(WeightlossTester.com) How could have believed that you could actually lose weight by eating beacon and egg! Because that is actually the case, I already knew about this "weight-loss trick” and it works like a “fat-burning machine” wonder! But you have to stick to a regular fixed diet of proteins and fats. And maybe not everyone responds rightly to this “engllsh breakfast” method. Anyways back to the research made by Australian Scientist group CSIRO. They claim that eating more beacon, eggs, cheese, milk and other foods with high protein content for breakfast will help with staying in shape and shed of some fat!
They claim that throughout the day you ned to eat more protein content food and around 25-30% protein in each meal to speed up your metabolism. But it is especially important that the breakfast has a high protein content. They suggest eating two eggs, 35 grams of cheese and one glass milk which in all gives you 36 extra gram of protein, alone in your breakfast. This breakfast will also help you feel more full and not suddenly feel hungry for sweets during the day. The study also shows that woman eat 14 grams of protein too little and men eat 10 gram of protein too little.
So you see a lot of the health advice related to weight-loss giving previous has completely failed! Same with coconut oil. It had a bad reputation 20 years ago because of some interest groups wanted it to look bad, because of their own financial involvement with other vegetable oil companies….and last year American heart association came of with a really weird warning about coconut oil. And if you study who the American Heart association is involved with you will know why they did this. This was fake scam news! Coconut Oil is one of the most healthy oils in the world and off course it is still oil and you need the eat only small amount to see some good health benefits.
Enjoy your beacon and eggs! And Burn that stubborn fat!
