Cutting kids hair and giving them a nice styling haircut is not the most easy thing do. But there are special kids hair salons that are experts in giving boys and girls great stylish haircuts. Last night I ate some big fat protein rich steaks with potatoes. I also had a glass of red wine. Before that earlier in the day I was jogging and walking for 40 min. It felt nice, but still very exchusted after 25 minutes. I will keep doing it!
I had a small icecream for dessert in the evening and drank a lot of water before bedtime. My breaksfast today was my juice mix and a banana and today I went to the gym for 30 minutes doing strength training. For lunch I ate a small bread with cheese and coconut oil and drank water. For dinner we had honey smooked beacon, organic eggs and salad and lots of water. I had two pandcakes for dessert. (I love desserts). I will be walking a lot over the weekend and keeping my diet, including desserts!
So my weight-loss summer challenge has started! With a big fat large New Yorker Domino's Pizza with thick crust yeahhhhhhhhhhh. Let the party start!
Yesterday my breakfast consisted of One glass of Amazing Grass Juice mixed with pineapple and orange juice and one banana. For Lunch I had a small bowel of oatmeal with semi skimmed milk and SUGAR! And for dinner we ate the LARGE PIZZA and has some red wine... before bedtime I ate some nuts and drank a lot of water. Yesterday I also went to the gym and did some extra strength training. I also try to do a lot of walking throughout the day. But it's important to really just drink water at any time and skip all sugar drinks. Liquid calories are among the worst. Today I had my glass of Amazing Grass Juice mix and a banana for breakfast....please follow my blog and see if I managed to lose 12kgs in two months.
Weight loss challenge.
Something had to be done! I have been going regularly to the gym for 6 months two times every week just to lift weights basically. No cardio training. And at the same time not the most healthy eating habits. But my weight gain started long before that by creating unhealthy eating habits. You know the health experts say that successful weight-loss is 80% diet. So over the years without fully thinking about how much and what I ate, I have gain more and more. Over the past couple off years I have gain around 12kgs. And they have to be shredded off. I want to get in shape get more energy and get stronger. And I'm a person who goes all in and I will give this weight-loss challenge two months.
So the very first thing I have done is to jog. In a warm summer day I decided to begin the race.... And after 26 minutes I quit haha. It was simply so hard. My longs were about to explode and my legs were not able to carry me anymore.....so I walked home the last kilometer! Lol. But it felt good. My.plan is to jog one time a week for the first two or three weeks and then increase to two times per week. But only 5 km or 30 minutes regular jog. Beside that I will continue my gym visits but just once a week. My focus will be on my diet! Beside the exercise and diet I will walk a lot yesterday I walked one hour.
